London in Autumn is a city of history and modern designed architecture, its diverse and the people are generally friendly despite being so fast pace, everyone is constantly on the move.
I fine it best to visit different areas in small doses. I love this city at night, from how people dress, so many places to eat and drink, its all the way live!
So “The Tube” public transportation is great to get around fast and convenient, once I get use to it. I buzvaca which is short for saying I manage to do business and be on vacation in every city. It’s nice to find places with Wi-Fi and chill. I got to hang out at The Curtain for most the day, it’s a private clubhouse with all my needs. Got a workout in the custom gym and enjoyed the steam room, I kinda wanted to get in the roof top heated pool, but next time!
This trip I stayed in the Mayflower area and it was very interesting to learn a little history and how this area is basically were my ancestors started their journey to America. So I went into the Mayflower Pub and had a beer and imagined how things have changed from four hundred years ago.
I also got to stop in the Shangri LA in known as The Shard, love having a cocktail up at the Destination Cocktail and Champagne bar GŎNG, on level 52, I felt so grown and sexy up there. This place has great views of London.
This trip I found a new farmer’s market. Got to spend a day nibbling and sipping on a variety of food and drinks at Borough Market. The French cheeses, different mushrooms and seafood so many to try, I I was overwhelmed. Here is where I found this tropical fruits I love, I first tried it on my deployment 10 years ago and never knew what they were. They are Lychees and Java Rambutan, looks like a apricot or a kiwi with hair. This place was full of so many exotic vegetables. Had some amazing oysters from Dorset’s Oyster bar, amazing!
